Shipping & Returns

We want you to have confidence when shopping with us this Christmas, thats why we’re temporarily extending our returns period. Any order placed from the 1st November until the 24th December 2021 will have until January 5th 2022 to be returned. Our extended returns policy applies across all full price purchases, and excludes sale items. Items purchased in the sale can not be refunded but are eligible for a gift card or exchange.

We ship worldwide. We use Royal Mail and DHL Express for the fastest service possible provided with a tracking number:
Royal Mail (2-3 business days) - £7.50
DHL Express (1-2 business days)  - £8.50

DHL Express (1-3 business days) - £9.50 (€11.45 EUR)
Orders over £200 (€230 EUR) - Free shipping
Royal Mail (5-7 business days) - £8.50 ($11.80 USD)
DHL Express (1-4 business days) - £7.50 ($10.40 USD)
Orders over £350 ($485 USD) - Free shipping
DHL Express (1-4 business days) - £12.00 ($20.80 CAD)

Please note, All En Rois orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We recommend using Import tax & Duties calculator as a guide

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if a phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
Here’s a few options you can select to customise your delivery:
Schedule Your Delivery
If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days.
Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.
Signature Release
If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, EN ROIS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Please return any item/s within 14 days of delivery if you require a refund.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original condition, unworn and tags must not be broken.

Any return outside of the 14 day return period can still be returned to us for exchange/store credit only.
Any item that does not comply with this rule will be returned to you in the condition they were returned in.

Exchanged items will be dispatched on a free delivery service, delivery can take up to 7 working days from your return being processed.

All refunds will be made as per the original method of payment. They are usually processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item back, please allow a further 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For international returns please declare the parcel as a ‘return’ to avoid any customs charges.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can only refund full priced ticket items.
We can't refund your original or postage costs unless the product is faulty.

Returned footwear must be in the original box, with original packaging.
Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear / damage these will be sent back to the customer.
Sale items: 
Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
Free returns are not available on any sale items.
